We prepare for COVID-19

OUR APPROACH

As we continue to monitor the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our first commitment is to maintain a healthy and safe business environment for you, our valued members, staff and by extension the communities in which we serve. As such, we have adopted the following measures to mitigate risks:

  • Ensured that all high traffic areas in all our branches are properly sanitized every sixty minutes

  • Increased the provision of Hand Sanitizers in all branches for use by members and staff

  • Re-sensitized our team on Health and Safety Standards and placed Notices on our Notice Boards, Website and Social Media Platforms

  • Reduced our involvement in large group meetings and curtailed international travels

  • Allowed a limited number of persons to use our in-branch facility at any one time

We have also formulated our COVID-19 Risk Response Plan to ensure the continued extension of services to you. We'll continue to monitor and evaluate information issued by the Ministry of Health & Wellness and other reliable authorities to make sound decisions.
