Gateway Co-operative Credit Union (2017) Limited has announced its Fourth Annual General Meeting, to be held on Thursday, July 6, 2023. The credit union is inviting members to nominate candidates to fill vacancies for the Board of Directors, Credit Committee, and Supervisory Committee.
The nominations must be signed by at least 25 members and accompanied by a resume of the nominee. The Nominating Committee will interview short-listed candidates to determine their suitability for the position.
The deadline for receiving nominations by petition is April 24, 2023, and no nomination will be taken from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.
